How often, having gathered for barbecue, the thought of something new, something interestingly tasty runs through ... Familiar, on-duty recipes (very tasty, but) are already boring, and I want to pamper myself with something that has not been tried. In this issue you will receive a meatloaf recipe from which amazing medallions are obtained, exquisite meat with a layer of mutton fat tail, which melts when heated and gives the meat tenderness. Such a barbecue will not leave anyone indifferent, and your guests will remember this your treat for a long time.

Ingredients:
For such a dish we need:
Meat - 1kg
Kurdyuk 0.5kg
Salt / pepper - to taste
Meat is a piece of beef cut from the longest muscle of the back or hip part - it is stripped of films and tendons, it is also called Rump steak. Cut into portions across the fibers 1.5-2 cm thick, weighing 70 or 100 g each. We beat off the portioned piece of meat, salt and pepper.
Kurdyuk - mutton fat, cut into 1-1.5 cm thick, weighing 70 g, beat off, salt, pepper.
We put the battered meat and fat tail on each other (fat tail for meat) and roll it into a roll. The roll can be secured with a toothpick, but I just wrap it with cling film.
In this form, we place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Before cooking, light up the grill and cut the roll into rings (medallions).
