Cooking in an Afghan cauldron Lamb ribs

If you want to cook something delicious and not spend a lot of time, effort and attention on it, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:
1kg lamb ribs
2 onions
1 kg of potatoes
1 bell pepper
3 - 4 carrots
2 glasses of water (hot is better)
Seasonings:
Salt,
pepper,
zera,
a set of herbs / seasonings for potatoes,
narsharab (pomegranate sauce)
Recipe:
We clean the lamb ribs of film and excess veins,
salt, pepper and grease with pomegranate sauce (narsharab)
this will be our marinade.
For this dish, I will need an Afghan cauldron or a pressure cooker, of course, in a simple saucepan, but that's another story ...
We put the greased ribs in the cauldron so that the ribs are at the edges, and in the middle we throw vegetables.

Peel the vegetables and cut them coarsely, place them in the middle of the cauldron, add seasonings
do not forget about the zeru.
We place everything in an Afghan cauldron, fill it with two glasses of water and send it to the fire for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, bleed off the steam and open the lid of the cauldron, carefully take out the vegetables and serve.

But the ribs can decorate any side dish, I fry before serving
their fire, for the smell of smoke (as they were not cooked on the fire)
